? Salesforce.com Development using Visual Force and Apex,

MUST HAVE:
1. 2+ years building web-based applications with a solid understanding of HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one programming language, such as Java, C#, or PHP.
2. 1+ year writing and debugging Apex and Visual Force or DEV 401 and DEV 501 certifications.
3. 1+ year working with the Salesforce.com application or ADM 201 certification.
4. Understanding of REST & SOAP web-based services, understanding of WSDL interpretation, generation, and consumption.
5. Experience designing and maintaining advanced relational databases (RDBMS).
6. Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions.
7. Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise.OTHER HELPFUL EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
1. Salesforce ADM 301 certification.
2. Customer support experience.
3. Experience with AJAX, VB, Perl, Flash, Flex, Ruby
