ASSEGNI PER IL NUCLEO FAMILIARE: RICHIESTA ONLINE
A seguito dell’entrata in vigore delle disposizioni di cui al Decreto legge n. 78/2011, convertito con modificazioni dalla legge n. 111/2011, circa l’estensione e il potenziamento dei servizi telematici offerti dall’Inps ai cittadini, l’Ente di previdenza ha diramato tre circolari con cui spiega l’operatività della nuova funzione telematica anche per la richiesta degli Anf e fornisce indicazioni sul periodo transitorio che vedrà coesistere presso gli uffici territoriali il canale cartaceo e quello web per un certo periodo di tempo. Con le circolari nn. 101, 102 e 103, del 4 agosto 2011, l’Inps fornisce istruzioni riguardo la modalità di presentazione telematica delle domande di autorizzazione agli Assegni per il nucleo familiare da parte degli iscritti alla Gestione Separata (circolare n. 101), dei lavoratori domestici (circolare n. 102) e dei lavoratori dipendenti (circolare n. 103). La richiesta via internet degli Anf da parte delle tre diverse categorie di contribuenti potrà avvenire attraverso uno dei seguenti canali: - WEB – servizi telematici accessibili direttamente dal cittadino munito di PIN attraverso il portale dell’Istituto - servizio di “Invio OnLine di Domande di prestazioni a Sostegno del reddito”, funzione ANF Gestione Separata; - Patronati – attraverso i servizi telematici offerti dagli stessi; - Contact - Center, attraverso il numero verde 803.164. Al termine del periodo transitorio, i tre canali sopraccitati diventeranno esclusivi e costituiranno l’unica modalità per la presentazione delle istanze di prestazione. I tre documenti di prassi contengono informazioni dettagliate circa la modalità di presentazione della domanda di Assegno per il Nucleo Familiare per ciascuna categoria di lavoratori sopra indicati.
