Army Emergency Relief
Helping the Army take care of its own
It can be difficult while on Active Duty with the military - especially when it comes to finances. Emergencies can drain the bank accounts of soldiers and their families even in the best of times. Wages in the military have never been known to be overly generous, so military families are constantly balancing the difficulty of serving in the military with potential money problems. Add to the equation soldiers being deployed overseas for years at a time and you can understand the necessity for organizations that can help bridge the gap when financial needs arise. The Army Emergency Relief (AER) is exactly that type of organization - having helped over three million service members in the past 60 plus years. Helping soldiers during these difficult times requires a steady stream of donations and now is a great time to contribute to the AER’s mission with some money in honor of Veteran’s Day.
