How long has it been now? 1977? Say it isn’t so – The Police became a band seemingly yesterday for some of us, but it has been 30 years. It has been over 20 years since the trio split up in 1986 and Sting went out on his own making a big splash. And now they are back together again. I think we can all agree that The Police are one of the all time most successful bands – consistently being ranked in the top 100 greatest artists of all time. They just released a 2 disc compilation Police Cd on June 5th – which includes a vintage poster – it is just like being in the 80′s again.
