Well, I had been waiting to watch (via the web) Larry Ellison’s big keynote speech at Oracle’s Open World this week, then promptly forgot all about it as it was happening. The had been a lot of speculation about what the big X announcement was going to be. It sounds like a super duper data warehouse appliance, but I have not grokked everything I have read yet.
