StumbleUpon Continued Mischief
I never heard back from StumbleUpon about my concern that my account had been hacked, thus leading to me being banned from StumbleUpon. I thought it was odd, but went ahead and uninstalled the SU plugin. It really pains me that I was foolish enough to have trusted SU with all my “Stumbles” – pretty much my bookmark library. Oh well.
I see that other long-term users of SU are being banned. How sad – here is an excerpt from the above link:
I was banned in stumbleupon a few days ago because some jealous person with no life reports one of my posts , on my own page, that was someone else’s opinion.
This person had been using SU for 7 years and an active member in the SU community. I will admit that I was not active in the SU community, but it concerns me even more knowing that active long-term members are being banned.
Want to see something even MORE funny? I received the following SIX days after being banned from StumbleUpon:

Dear Katie – you have got to be freakin’ kidding me? You just BANNED my account. Can’t you see that? How do I advertise on StumbleUpon with a BANNED account?
Well, considering how ridiculous the request was, I went ahead and answered the questions in the survey and in the comments section explain that my account was banned. No word from them since I submitted the survey.
Wow – two FAILS from StumbleUpon in less than a week!
