The passing of Louis Rukeyser
Basically, when Wall $treet Week With Louis Rukeyser left PBS and moved to CNBC (and renamed Louis Reukeyser’s Wall Street), I lost a lot of interest in the show. That, plus Louis’ failing health pretty much ended a long running Friday evening tradition for me. This week Louis Rukeyser passed away. Wall Street Week was a great show – for geeks like myself. The very fact that it was broadcast on Friday evenings is a tribute to geeks – who else stays home to watch a program about the markets on a Friday? Friends and family would make fun of me – but that is not unusual.
