FastPitchNetworking Begs for Upgrade

Huh? I thought I paid my $81 for this quarter already, but when I log into my FastPitchNetworking account I get the following message:

You have been a member with us since April 26, 2008 and we hope you have seen the value our network brings your business.

In order to maintain a higher standard for our network and ensure our members are active, we are asking you to consider upgrading.

Members on our Network usually get an immediate return on their investment by leveraging our services and collectively make it a better network for all other members.

Errr… What happened to the membership I already paid for? Did they downgrade me because I canceled my subscription via PayPal? None of this makes sense (least of which is – Why am I still logging into my account??).
