Google PageRank Update – Happening Now

I am seeing the Google ToolBar PageRank in flux for various sites. DeepMarket is jumping from 3 – which it is now – and between PR2 and PR6. Just flux? Or is Google planning on stimulating the economy with some high PR for deserving web sites (aka DeepMarket). Hmmm… Links as documented by Google does not seem to have changed (around 400), but the number of pages cached by google has topped 30,000.

  • This will really help lots of business minded people to be able to be featured online.
  • On the eve of April fools day Google updated the toolbar page rank again on 1st April 2009. This time they filtered more back links. Previously i have around 70 now i have less back links for my site http://www.cybex.in. However site rank well on all top keywords. It seems google backlinks scheme updated too. It still loves article links as i did for my site. I implemented news section and rss feeds on the site which rocks well and may be the reason of ranking my all keywords.

    Now after 3 months from 31st Dec 08, Google finally update my site’s PR as on 2nd April 09.

  • I hope it's a coming! It always perks up your day when that green bar moves up a little. I'll be watching closely for a few web apps of mine that should be getting some decent rank on the next update.
