Don’t use Google’s GMail for important stuff – like your business. GMail is a free service. GMail is in BETA. GMail is wonderful, but as with all tools it is not always the appropriate tool. Get a reliable email service that is unrelated to GMail or Google. Google is redefining the meaning of capricious and is known to shut down GMail accounts without cause or explanation. So, if you depend on your GMail account, diversify your email accounts before it is shut down at the worst possible time. You have been warned.
